outlook can't access my POP account

I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and migrated my .pst files and set up my
existing POP account. Outlook accepts the settings, shows ok on all the
tests, and sends a test mail to my account (which I can see via webmail).

However, when I click "send & receive" I get a brief flash in the upper left
corner, and no mail.

I've verified all with my ISP, and can use Outlook Express to access. Any
ideas what might be wrong?

Turn on the progress dialog and see if there's an error message being
received. Set that here: Tools menu > Send/Receive > Send/Receive settings >
Show Progress
