Outlook - cannot retrieve archived Inbox

Hi. I'm having problems retrieving archived messages from my Inbox. Is this
possible to do?
Please help!

What do you mean by "retrieving archived messages from my Inbox"? Archived
messages aren't kept in your "Inbox". They're kept in an Archive PST.
Describe exactly what you're doing.
