Outlook Cannot Display Hotmail Inbox

Hello,
How come when I jump to Hotmail Inbox, it displays "There are no items to
show in this view"? If I go to Send Items, there are items, but Inbox is
blank? Sometimes it display, but most of the time I get that error message.
Is there some issues with Outlook displaying hotmail inbox? Any fix for this?

FYI, I have Outlook Connector installed, but obviously the error message
persists.

Any help is appreciated,

Hello,
I ran into issue when all of my hotmail accounts within Outlook are
"offline". It doesn't give me an option to dropdown to select online again.
Is there a workaround for this? Or do I need to restart Outlook everytime
this occurs?

How come the previous Outlook Express 6.0 is so much more stable then
Outlook when accessing hotmail accounts?

How does going online to view my emails going to help me troubleshoot Outlook
issues? Is it not recommended to use Outlook for hotmail accounts?

You said Outlook says it's OFFLINE - so you need to take Outlook ONLINE to
connect to the hotmail inbox. Look on Outlook's File menu for the Work
Offline option - is it checked?

Outlook is OFFLINE for hotmail accounts. Exchange is always working and
ONLINE. I see an option under File to connect to hotmail account, and it is
working now. Is there a reason why sometimes hotmail accounts get set to
OFFLINE?

it'll go offline when the network connection is unavailable when it tries to
check email. Anything could cause this - but if you are using it at work,
its probably caused by network traffic.

After Hotmail Accounts are OFFLINE, I uncheck to make ONLINE. However,
sometimes, Inbox still shows blank, and under File tab, "Connect to hotmail
account" is grey out, so apparently it is not sync when I want it to sync.
That's the troubling part.
Any one have ways to improve this experience is appreciate,

It seems like there are two ways of creating Hotmail Accounts in Outlook -
HTTP or MAPI. HTTP was created from Accounts option within Outlook, and MAPI
was created by Outlook Connector. Is Outlook Connector the preferred method?
Which one is the more stable?

The Outlook Connector is the ONLY method for most free Hotmail accounts.
