Outlook Calendar Daylight Time

When I check off Adjust for Daylight Saving Time in Outlook or in the system
clock (either one also sets the other), all day events span two days (1AM to
1AM). I can correct this by unchecking DST and manually setting the clock
ahead but one important software package uses the DST setting and will not
work correctly without it. In other posts I have noted references to Regional
Settings control panel. I don't see a DST setting in that panel. I am using
Outlook 02 SP-2 and Win XP 02 SP-1.

Not much you can do now, the trick is to set up the time zone and check the
correct box BEFORE scheduling anything. When you check and un-check that box
now, Outlook adjusts all events accordingly. All day meetings are moved
ahead one hour, so instead of ending at midnight, they end at 1am the
following day.
