Outlook Calendar Appointment Times Incorrect 3/11/07-3/31/07

Following Daylight Savings Time (DST) Change, my Outlook 2003 Calendar
appointment times from 3/11/07 to 3/31/07 our one hour early. I installed
the Windows DST and Outlook DST updates, but the times during the extended
DST remain off by being one hour early. Would like to correct without
having to do so manually. Help appreciated. Bill

Thank you. Will this work on a single home user (non exchange based)
computer? Bill

run tzmove.exe, the exchange re-basing tool.
