What would keep Outlook from populating the same information to everyones
calendar. We have a compay wide calendar that we use to schedue days off.
On some calendars we see all appointment and differenet users can see more or
less that others.

Outlook has no feature to automatically propagate data from one folder to another. You might want to provide more detail on how you're doing this.

this type situation. Your understanding is appreciated.

It is your decision if you would like me to work with you on this issue in
this thread. I will be glad to assist you.

I agree with Sue that Outlook is not able to automatically propagate data
from one folder to another. You can verify whether company wide calendar is
shared with other users in Outlook. More detailed steps as below:

1. Login Outlook as the owner of company wide calendar.
2. Click Tools menu, click Delegates tab.
3. Make sure no user has delegate permission to access the company wide
calendar.
4. Then click OK to return to folder list, right click the Calendar Folder,
click Properties.
5. In Permission tab, ensure no user has permission to access calendar
folder.

Hope this helps. If the issue persists, please provide more information
about how you see all appointment of company wide calendar in different
workstation so that I can perform further research.

Thanks and have a nice day!
