Outlook Attachment

Hi, My wife has a limited account on my laptop. Whenever she receives an
email with an attachment she can read the email but the attachment is
blocked. I'm running Office XP. Any ideas?

Define "blocked" - what type of attachment is it and what message does she
get when she tries to open it? If you configure Outlook.exe to run as
administrator, can she open the attachments?
