screenshot as attachment not visible

Hi

(Outlook 2003, SP3 on XP.)

We have a user who receives attachment in the form of screenshots, rather than as a file attached. When she opens an email the screenshot should be visible; instead only a small
red-crossed on a corner of the blank page in the email message.

The screenshot attachment appears only when she hits the Reply.
She does not have any problems with the usual file attachment.

Anyone has any idea?

Thanks much,

What has she specified for her Automatic Picture Download settings?

3/3/08 Thanks Brian,
I looked for that feature but to no avail.
Also checked the Outlook Help on how to enable the InfoBar,
but that didn't show either. So I guess w/o the InfoBar enabled
first there would be no option to enable the Automatic Picture
Downloading.

Please advise.
Thanks
Bob

Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic Download Settings

I don't think you have a choice as to whether or not the InfoBar appears.

That we tried:
Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic Download Settings

My Outlook has the same settings as on this user's machine (Automatic downloading is checked).

Thanks again, we'll keep searching.
