Outlook attachment problem

Hello,

One of my collegue using the outlook 2003 and when he trying to attach some
files it is getting scattered and the receiver can't read the same. I don't
know why is this happening!

Anybody please help me!

Please define what you mean by getting "scattered" and receiver can't "read
