Outlook: Attachement Security Warning

A user using Outlook 03 in Exchange 2003 setting is receiving the following
message when open an .lnk file:

Attachment Security Warning
WARNING!
The file may contain a virus that can be harmful to your computer. It is
important to be VERY certain that this file is safe before you open it. You
must save this file to disk before it can be opened.
To save the attachment, click Save to Disk.

I have to save it on the disk to open this file.

How can I remove this warning?? How can I demote .lnk file from Level 2
items ?

you can't remove items from level2.
