Outlook at Home

Hi Everyone

My question: Running Exchange2000 with Outlook 2000 or
2002 on client workstations. I have a client who has
Outlook installed at home on his home computer but not
connected to any server he owns about. If this user were
to create a Profile and connect to our Exchange Server,
he should be able to get his e-mail etc., correct?

Can you have more then one Profile on your home computer
for Outlook?

Thank You all in Advance.

Thank you "Mit", as long as I have you on the line could
I please ask one more question: If a client has/uses
Outlook Express at home and how would this client access
his Outlook 2000/2002 mail on the server from home?

Thank You, Beth

To clarify what Mit said, which is only partially correct.

Outlook 2000 comes in 2 modes - Internet Mail Only mode which is used by
most home users. This mode does NOT support profiles. If the user has
Outlook IMO, s/he would be required to change modes to CW mode and configure
2 profiles, one for home Internet Mail Service and one for the Corporate
Exchange Service.

Also, if you want to implement this, please do so via a secure VPN.
