Outlook: Arrange by From/To leaves rolling gap in dates

Hi there,

Thanks for reading. My organization has Exchange 2007 driving Outlook
2003/2007 clients. Both clients see the following:
When we try to arrange emails by email address by choosing To or From, we
see a consistent, rolling gap in dates. The gap seems to be about 2 or 3
weeks long and seems to shift forward over time.

Anybody seen this before?

are you saying when sorted by from/to, it skips messages that are there in
the date sort?
