Outlook Antivirus Plugin

I just recently started getting a message about an Outlook
Antivirus Plugin not being able to scan attachment files.
For the messages I get this on, I can't read the message
or open the attachment... both I know are safe and clean.

I'm running Office XP on Windows XP. My antivirus software
in Command Antivirus, which I know very little about but
there isn't an option for e-mail scanning.

Any help is appreciated.

You have something installed that is trying to scan email. Do you have
firewall software installed?
