Outlook and password

Can someone tell me why Outlook will display a dialog on its own from time to
time asking for a password?
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup, not an OUTLOOK newsgroup.

Please post to an Outlook newsgroup. Or, better yet, do a search and read
previous posts on the topic. google groups is a great way to read previous
posts to newsgroups that may answer your question without the need to post a
new thread.
