Outlook and Lotus note meeting ???

Dear all,

I receive from a lotus notes client application a meeting invitation into my
outlook client 2003.
How can I accept that meeting from outlook in order that it is automatically
deliver to my calendar ?

I could not find any accept button or things like that..!!!

It all depends on how the meeting was received. Did it come with an ics or
vcs attachment? Double click this to open it and press Save to store it in
your calendar. If it was just text that you received, then you'll have to
enter it manually or ask the sender to send you an ics or vcs file for it.
 
I receive it as an ICS attachement
The problem is that when I double click on it, I am prompt to open it or save.
Then I press save, and then I am prompt to select a location ???

Where should it be saved ?

Open it and then click Save and Close.

All right find it out now
it was just in front of my eyes. it happens sometimes
