Outlook and logmein

I recently installed logmein for remote control. when this computer is being
remoted or I am using it to remote another, I cannot open outlook 2002. I
get a runtime error message. Logmein says there is no known problem. any
ideas??

Well there is obviously a problem with logmein or it would happen at other
times too. Which version are you using?
