Outlook and Interent Explorer stopping

I have begun, and it is getting more frequent, to have Outlook and Internet
explore simple shutdown, telling me it encounter a problem, I have done
repair on outlook, I have reset internet explorer but the problem persists.
What could be causing this problem, were would I look to solve it.
I use office 2003.

Have you checked the Problem Reports and Solutions > View Problem History >
look for any reports relating to those two applications and check if there
is any solution for them.

Have you installed the latest Service Pack for Office 2003? Also, did you
install any applications that might have affected these applications?

the service pack is installed. Not sure what applications would effect
explorer and outlook.

maybe I will try an dinstallingit again.
