Outlook *always* reports an error when it closes down

Quite recently, Outlook 2003 has started giving the following error
everytime I close it down...

Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost.

[ ] Restart Microsoft Office Outlook

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve
Microsoft Office Outlook
We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.

It then gives hyperlinks to 2 information files

Any help would be appreciated.

Ah - Sorted! WinFax Pro was the problem. It appears there is a conflict
between Outlook and Winfax 10!
