Can I maintain 2 separate address books on one computer?
I'd like to keep business and personal separate.
Does that affect incoming messages?

Outlook versions since Outlook 2000 don't use address books. They use
Contacts folders and you can have as many of those as you wish. You can
keep your business addresses in one and your personal addresses in the
other. You could also just keep them all in the default Contacts folder and
categorize them to keep them separate, using views to show which collection
you wish to see.
Does that affect incoming messages?

No. Why would it?
