Outlook Address Book and Distribution List.

So why doesn't Outlook 2002's address book show up as items I can select for
the distribution list? I added some without email addresses and none of them
are available to add.

I am chosing Contacts...

You lost me.
If these Contacts have no email address, why would you want to add them to a
DL?
DL's are a group of email addresses.
