Outlook Adding Address Book/Downloading Database

Dear Group:

I need to download over 2000 names and I want this in a
separate address book, for him, and him alone. I have
created a separate contact folder, under contacts, which I
want this database to go into. But, when I start to
download, all the addresses are going into my contact
folder, and I don't need to have 2000 names added to my
list.

Is there a way to have a separate contact folder or
address book, or both where you can import databases and
they won't go into your personal address book?

Any help will be *greatly* appreciated.
