Outlook Access error message

I have written an application if Visual FoxPro that uses Microsoft Outlook
to send Email messages from the application.

Each time I send a message, I get an error message stating that a program is
trying to send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this. I realize
that is there to stop viruses from sending, but is there some way I can turn
it off so that I am not getting so may messages when I want to send.
Ideally I would like to turn it off for this one application.

Any thoughts.

Windows XP Pro
Outlook 2000
Microsoft Visual FoxPro Version 8
 
I'm also having the same error when I sync my palm pilot with Outlook.
