Outlook message

Hello,

I use a contact management software program that sends email using Outlook.
when I send email from the contact software I get the Outlook message below.
does anybody know how to turn this message off?

Microsoft Outlook
A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf.
Do you want to allow this?
If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No".
Yes No Cancel

Whether or not any of us think there should be a way to turn off the
security check, there's not. The way to avoid it is to use documented
methods of conforming to the Microsoft security model.

Unfortunately, real estate software isn't that high tech. most of it has the
look and feel of Windows 3.1.

the software maker's solution is to "hold down the enter key with your
coffee cup."
