Outlook 97

yes i know, not supported anymorebut, a friend of mine is still running this
and has a problem, and i know someone will have the asnwer.

He want to set up multiple email accounts in Outlook 97 - and I gaily told
him to go to Tools, Services, select Internet Email from the option list and
he will be able to set up additional email accounts - he already has one.

he says he cant, and I dont have a machine still running that version, so I
cant test.

Tell him to download the service packs or the Internet Mail Expansion Pack.
