Outlook 97

I have a new computer with WindowsXP SR2. I own a copy of Office97 that I'm
perfectly satisfied with for home use. I haven't been able to get Outlook 97
to load and talk with my dial-up ISP. I get the following error message: The
add-in "scrptxtn.dll" could not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
"scrptxtn.dll". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or
missing a .dll file."

I've tried re-loading to no avail. Is there a compatibility issue here, or
am I doing something wrong.

I know the simple answer is throw money at it and buy Office2003 or
whatever, so its not necessary to use that advice.

Thanks
