Outlook 97

Outlook would not open and displayed the following error
message. I reloaded the program CD several times but the
situation would not change; it would not let me open
Outlook. Any ideas?

The error message is as follows:

Outlook.EXE-Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Microsoft
office\Office\OUTLLIB.dll is not a valid window image.
Please check
this against your installation diskette.
