Outlook 2k3 not able to send to recipient

When attenpting to send mail via outlook 2k3, I get the
following reply from a couple of mail services.

"None of your e-mail accounts could send to this
recipient"

Any ideas on how to correct?

Are you sending to a distribution group whereas one user may no longer be at
the specified address?

Are you hitting "reply to all" whereas you don't have permission to send on
behalf of recipient?

How/what are you doing exactly?
