Outlook 2K3 LDAP check name problem

hi

i have a STRANGE issue with LDAP and Outlook 2003.
Basically, if i type the first names of people in the To:
section and try to resolve (Ctrl-K or Alt-K) all of the
names at once, it wont work.

BUT it will resolve the very first name but will offer no
suggestions for the next names. I will then cancel this,
(the first name will have resolved) and when i try to
resolve the names again, it will work for the next
unresolved name (the first one was resolved remember) and
then fail on everyone after that.

so basically, in the To: box, if i type in
john;chris;peter, do CTRL-K it will give me a list of
Johns to which i select the correct one (john is now
resolved as John Smith or whatever). But will say there
are no suggestions for chris. I hit ESC. Do CTRL-K
again and it will give me all of the Chris' to which i
select the correct one, but will give no suggestions for
peter. I hit ESC and CTRL-K one more time and it will
display all of the Peters available.

if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.

cheers

Hi,

Enable Automatic Name Checking by going to:
Tools-->Options-->E-mail Options-->Advanced E-mail Options--> Automatic
name checking,

This should autoresolve your names from Address Book cache.
