Outlook 2k multiple profiles with password

Here is the situation: one desktop PC with MS Outlook set up in a way
so all the staff concerned can send and receive email using company's
main email address (e-mail address removed). Now every member of the team
requires
a separate email address for his own use only. I know I can create
multiple profiles set up with different email settings but how to
prevent one user from getting to someone else's profile. I couldn't
find any info on setting up passwords for profiles in Outlook. Is it
possible at all? Is the only solution to create multiple Windows user
accounts?

Yes, if they're all using the same PC. Otherwise, they're all the same
person, as far as Windows is concerned. You could password-protect each PST
such that only the person using that PC knows the password, but I think
that's a poor second choice.
