outlook 202 want to run in fail safe mode

Outlook 2002 in a TSE W2K3 session connectetd to an Exchange 2003 server


since some days, several users have the same pb :

they have closed Outlook fine
when they open it , Outlook ask them to run it in fail safe mode
they can ask Yes or No

in both cases, all is OK but the same question is allways ask at each
Outlook run

an idea ?

Is there an event ID number and source that might offer information so that a
solution might be tracked down?
Do these people use PST's? How large are they? Have you tried detect and
repair from the Help menu? Have you tried recreating the profile? Have you
renamed the outcmd.dat file and restarted Outlook? Have you tried deleting
the .srs file?

No, they don't use PST
No, i don't try this actions but i will do
