What happens if you highlight the row and hit the Delete key?

rather than in this group for the Access database product. Here's how to

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate
group:
Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Office and Desktop
Applications. In Office and Desktop Applications, open the category for
Outlook, then find a group there to post in.
Please repost your question (with more details... the volunteers can't see
your computer and this is a rather obscure question) in an Outlook newsgroup.
Scroll down the list of subject areas on the (sometimes confusing) Microsoft
webpage and find a group for Outlook; this group is first on the list
alphabetically but it's for a different program, Microsoft Access.
