Archiving Emails by year

I have to keep emails to lookup old messages. Is it possible to get
Outlook 2007 to create archive.pst file by years?

E.G. archive2008.pst = containing all messages (inbox, sent, delete
items) from 2008
E.G. archive2007.pst = containing all messages (inbox, sent, delete
items) from 2007
E.G. archive2006.pst = containing all messages (inbox, sent, delete
items) from 2006

Anyone a good idea? Thanks.

Not automatically. You'd have to creare the archives yourself, then use, for
example, Advanced Find to locate everything within your specific dat range,
moving it to apprriate folders in the appropriate archive. AutoArchive could
also approximate it, but since AutoArchive works on modified dates and not
received dates, you'd get failry close but not exact.
