Outlook 2007

I cannot delete deleted messages received. Iam told that errors have been
detected in the file c:\documents and settings|hp_administrator\local
settings\application data\microsoft outlook\ outlook pst.
Use repair tool (Scanpst.exe) to help.
I cannot access scanpst exe in vista.
Can someone help please

SCANPST.EXE is in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12
