Outlook 2007 Yahoo(free)POP3 - Password requests & duplicate email

Since a couple of weeks ago I have been having constant problems receiving
Yahoo emails. The request box for Password confirmation constantly appears,
even though I have check the box to remember it. I am now also receiving
duplicate emails.

I have carried out the instructions on KB290684 and KB284404, but the
problems still persist.

Does anyone have any idea what to do? I have spent hours carrying out a
multitude of things to try to resolve the matter. It is driving me mad!!!

Do you have multiple Yahoo accounts configured in Outlook? (as the KB
article describes?)
Which version of Windows are you using?

Thank you for responding..
Yes, I have two different Yahoo.co.uk addresses. They have completely
separate identities in Yahoo. I have put them into separate Send & Receive
Groups in Outlook.
