Outlook 2007 Windows Focus 'Freezes'

Running Outlook 2007 on top of Vista. Occaisionally, when I open my Intray,
then open an email, the email I open will not come to the front. i have to
minimize my Intray to see the email. Same if "Open in New Window" my
calendar or Contacts. Sometimes, if I close Outlook, then open Internet
Explorere, then re-open Outlook the problem will go away. But not always.

As annoying as this is, I fear it may get worse....

Any ideas...
....anyone?
