outlook 2007 will not open on vista ultmate 64bit?

i installed office 2007 on my windows vista 64bit operating system and
everything works fine, except after the last upgrade outlook will not open.
It will not give me an error code either. Any suggestions?

One suggestion would be to include the error message. It explains what you
need to do. I'm going to take a wild guess and point you here:
