Outlook 2007 - why does it close when minimized, needs to stop???

Just re-installed outlook 2007 and now for some reason it automatically
closes the program when I minimize? I have looked throughout the program and
cannot find where I might make a change to end this issue????

Anybody have any suggestions?

Right click the Outlook icon in the System Tray and uncheck 'Hide when minimized'.
