Outlook 2007 shows calendar entries from 2003 in current date.

I updated from Outlook 2003 and now my calendar shows old calendar entries
from 2003-2007. I've archived (no change) and I went to Control
Panel->Remove Programs and repaired the install (no change but switching from
Inbox to Calendar is now much faster). Any ideas other than manually
deleting every entry?

Sounds like you changed the modified date, which is what Outlook uses to
archive. Did you import at all? If so, that's why.

No, I did not import. In looking further, I'm finding that any entry that
had had a reminder (but did not show up in Outlook 2003 incorrectly), now
has "Weekly" recurrence checked and "No End date" checked.

If you look under Control Panel->Add/Remove programs, remove the Outlookaddinsetup from Cyberlink.

Thanks, Milly, but I do not see this in my Add/Remove programs list. If it's
listed by name, Cyberlink, it's not there. I only see Microsoft Office 2007
updates. As I tried to delete the old entries, I now see that Outlook is
adding a weekly recurrence without an end date to any past and CURRENT
appointments that I've set a reminder.

I do not have an Outlook addin program in Control Panel->Add/Remove
Programs or in Outlook->Tools->Trust Center. I used a trial version
of Office 2007 and had no problems like this. I use a stand alone
ThinkPad T60, XP Pro sp2.
