Outlook 2007 Sending Error

I can reply to messages in my outlook, but I cannot send any. This just started happening yesterday, not sure why. I can open a new message, and type it out then when I hit send it simpy says cannot send message.

I am so frustrated, I did a repair of the account and it is still acting screwy. Any help I appreciate.
