Outlook 2007 sending e-mails to wrong address.

Hoping someone can shed some light on a recent problem.
Using Outlook 2007 and in the past week I sent out a couple e-mails.

Later on in the day, I get responses from other individuals that they
received my message even though they were not intended for the e-mails.

I figure I messed up on my part and sent them to a different address, but
when I check my sent messages. The correct e-mail address is there.
