Outlook 2007 "Send" button is missing

I don't see the "Send" where ever trying to send new mail or reply \ forward
mail ,

I have an active account, and still nothing happen,
I have uninstall and reinstall office 2007 and nothing happen,
I have added the send icon manually but is is in gray color so it is not
active,
any ideal - please advice

This might be a stupid question - when you say you have an "active" account,
what exactly do you mean? Have you set up this account in Outlook? (The main
reason for the "Send" button not being available is the fact that there is
no email account set up in Outlook)

There is an existing active account in outlook (when I test it is reply as OK
, this is the firstthing I have checked and still the problem exist

I'd start over again with a clean mail profile.
