Outlook 2007 resets accounts after computer restart

Guest

I've gone through the Outlook 2007 startup process of creating accounts and
sending/receiving mail without any problems, but when I restart my computer
then open the Outlook 2007 program it takes me back to the startup process.
All the accounts that were added are lost along with the mail. Can anyone
tell me what is going on and how to fix this?

Thanks for the response but I've actually found the culprit myself. I was
using the "Outlook" gadget along with Outlook 2007 as a shortcut to keeping
track of new messages. Once I disabled that gadget all of my accounts stayed
in tact throughout restarts and shutdowns. Check your gadgets and see if they
are to blame.
