Installed Windows 7, now Outlook 2007 does not send or receive msg

I installed Windows 7, realized it's not compatible with Outlook 2002 so I
purchased Office 2007 and installed that. I set up my e-mail accounts,
incoming and outgoing servers are working but I get no e-mail. It goes
through the send & receive process with no errors.

I was able to replace the backup file back after loading Outlook 2007, all
my e-mails and contacts prior to the load are there just fine.

I use an AT&T aircard for internet access.

Any ideas on what is going wrong?

Visit your web mail site and see if you actually have any mail.
The Test Accounts option functions without errors & you receive the test
msg?
Your not receiving your email on another PC are you?

I can see my e-mail remotely through mail2web.com so I know I am getting
messages. When I do the test in the e-mail set up window it works without
errors and I can see the test e-mail from my remote site. I am not receiving
e-mail on another computer but do have 2 of the 4 accounts on a blackberry.
