I'm trying to delete a user account from outlook 2007. Trouble is we use a
server and each individual laptop only has access to their own user account.
A user left a while ago and we no longer have access to his computer. How do
I delete his account without having access to his computer?

You are mixing things here. User accounts (with their mailbox) reside within
your domain. A mail account in Outlook is only a configuration in order to
retrieve mail from the mailbox. When you delete the account in your domain
the user won't be able to use the mail account anymore either since the
mailbox is deleted on the server.

Outlook references a mailbox on a server. Delete the mailbox and
credentials from the server and it won't matter what's defined in Outlook.
