Outlook 2007 - Opening archive issue

We recently upgraded one of out users to outlook 2007. When she tries to
access her archive (stored on network share), she is prompted for a network
password. She is able to get to the archive file using the unc path and she
has ownership of the file. Also it was just working with outlook 2003 for
her. I added myself to the permissions list and was able to access it from my
outlook client (2003) without issue. Any ideas?

If she copies the archive PST to her local drive can she open it then?
