This is for Outlook 2003
I have a user that was set up to Auto Archive to her C: drive and had
already done so. She then went in and changed the path to archive to a
network drive. Now she has 2 Archive mailboxes. I have already copied
over the C: drive .pst to her network drive and verified that the
AutoArchive is archiving there as well, so now how do I get rid of the
2nd Archive folder?
I cut the archive.pst folder out and pasted it up one level to see if
that would remove the folder, but now when she opens Outlook, it says
it can't find the Archive folder on the C: drive (of course not, I
moved it) and I still see the 2nd Archive e-mail, but now can't open
it. There is no option to delete the folder that I can find.
Thanks for any help.
