Outlook 2007 only start in safe mode

I can only get Outlook 2007 to start in safe mode. Without the "/safe"
option it just hangs at the splash screen. I have checked the Add-ins
and there is nothing there that is unsual and all but one is from
Microsoft and that is from Adobe.

The active ones are:

- Windows Search Email Indexer
- Send to Bluetooth
- PDFMOutlook
- OneNote Notes
- Microsoft Outlook mobile Service
- Microsoft Office Sharepoint
- Microsoft Office Groove
- Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging

I have even renamed my %username%\local files\microsoft\oulook
directory and forced it to make a new one and this makes no
difference.

Can anybody help?

I'd suggest that you remove the Adobe add-in.
