Outlook 2007 Only processing headers and deleting message body

Upgrade from 2003 to 2007 Beta 2.

Regardless of whether I am sending (SMTP) or receiving (POP3), Outlook 2007
is ONLY processing the message header and completely deletes the Message
Body. Attachments are saved.

Also when you go to the sent folder, all e-mails in that folder are also
effected.

Now at first, this did not happen. For the first 6 hours, it was fine. The
problem seemed to start when I first accessed this machine from home using
Logmein.com

However, I have since completely removed that, completely removed Office
2007 and reinstalled fresh several times and the problem persists.

I then tried uninstalling completely, reinstalling Office 2003. Outlook 2003
was not effected (though the e-mails did not recover their lost information)
as all new emails, sent and received, go through fine.

I then tried Upgrading back to Office 2007 but the problem returned.

Running Windows XP Pro SP2 - completely updated, AMD X2 3800+, 2GB RAM and
have about 50GB free Hard Drive space.

Disable the integration of your virus scanner (AVG?) with Outlook and try
again.

Yes it was AVG. And yes, this did take care of it. Whats curious is that at
first, messages went through fine... AVG and all.
