Can't receive e-mails in Outlook 2007

I just installed Outlook 2007 on my Vista system and it's not receiving any
e-mails sent to it. Also, it didn't transfer any of the e-mails I had in
Outlook 2003 — so, my saved/inbox folders are completely empty. I can send
e-mails, but can't receive.

I downloaded the service pack available on microsoft.com.

What can I do to fix this?

Installing Outlook 2007 often creates a new mail profile and new PST. Use
the Mail applet in Control Panel to add your old PST to the mail profile.
