Outlook 2007 - Moving rules between machines

I am running Outlook 2007.

I transfer my Outlook.pst file between two machines using a portable hard
drive. As long as the two Outlook files had the same path on each machine
(e.g., C:\Document and Settings\Owner\...), the rules would work
Unfortunately, I can no longer set the path the same due to hard drive
constraints. IS there any way to set the rules so that they work on both
machines regardless of the path to the Outlook pst file?

Thanks.

Not that I'm aware. Rules have PST paths in the, (although you can't see
that data).

Thanks. I did find one suggestion where it was recommended to create two sets
of rules for each original rule. Then specify "for this machine only" for the
two rules. If I had the original rules created at home, I have to copy and
modify the rule at work to set the appropriate path.

Thus end up with "rule 1 (work)" and "rule 1 (home)". I will see if that
solves the problem. It may not be elegant, but if it works, who cares. :)
